Meet the Guy
Behind the Hose
Jonathan McGregor — Tsunami Johnny — has spent over a decade making Rochester Hills properties look like new, one job done right at a time.
Johnny’s Exists
Tsunami Johnny’s Pressure Washing started because Jonathan kept seeing the same problem all over Rochester Hills: people calling themselves professionals who clearly didn’t know what they were doing. Bad pressure settings damaging siding. Sloppy technique leaving streaks. No real understanding of how to actually treat mold and algae instead of just blasting it and watching it come right back.
Jonathan saw an industry growing fast — and a lot of people jumping in without the knowledge to back it up. He decided to do it differently.
What drives him isn’t just the cleaning. It’s the fact that this work is genuinely good for people’s homes and the environment when it’s done right. Washing mold and mildew off siding and concrete isn’t just cosmetic — it protects the structure, improves air quality around the home, and removes organic growth that causes real damage over time. Doing that safely, with the right products and the right technique, matters to him.
More than a decade later, that same standard is still the whole operation: do the job the best it can possibly be done, every single time, on every single property.
